F-Response Cloud Connector and Dropbox

With the recent release of F-Response v5 we added support for a number of new Cloud Storage environments, including the popular consumer/business file sharing and cloud storage service Dropbox.

The Dropbox connection technology is a part of the F-Response Cloud Connector, a new addition to F-Response TACTICAL, Consultant, Consultant+Covert, and Enterprise. The Connector is automatically installed as part of F-Response v5, if you haven't downloaded and installed v5 we recommend you do so at your earliest convenience.

Like all members of the F-Response Connector Suite, the Cloud Connector presents remote Cloud Storage data as a local read-only network share suitable for acquisition and review. However, since each Cloud Storage environment works a little bit differently we felt it would be valuable to put a new Mission Guide on our website specific to accessing Dropbox with the Cloud Connector, as well as share a brief video covering the basics of Dropbox and the Cloud Connector process.
