Google API User Data Policy
F-Response's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No Refund Policy for Purchases
Once paid, purchase fees for F-Response Software are non-refundable.
Sale or transfer of F-Response Licensed Software is permitted.
F-Response Software license holders may resell or transfer their software to another individual or firm provided they do so in accordance with the United States Export Controlled or Sanctioned Countries, Entities and Persons, a complete list of those entities is outside the scope of this document.
Payment Information
The prices shown online are subject to tax, as applicable (Florida shipping destinations only). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as purchase orders above 1,000.00 USD. A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in U.S. funds at the then applicable foreign currency exchange rate, if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than US$. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc.
Software Term and License Agreement
Price includes software usage for the duration indicated. Product will cease to function at the end of the license duration unless renewed. Renewal pricing expires thirty (30) days after expiration of software license. Only active or non-expired licenses are eligible for upgrade purchases.

Shipping
Next Day delivery is only available to customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 4:00pm EST on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST will be processed on the following business day. A Next Day delivery service must be purchased when placing an order. For example: UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight. The above cut-off time also applies to Second Day shipping services. USPS shipments are picked up with our regular Monday through Friday daily mail collection. F-Response cannot control any unforeseen carrier delays.
Orders
International orders (non-USA) require advance payment via credit card, wire, or check payable in US funds. If approved, purchase orders should be submitted to sales@f-response.com. All prices in Invoices, Quotes, Sales Receipts are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Past due accounts may incur late fees charged at a rate of 1% per month and may incur charges for debt recovery costs. Purchase Orders are not accepted for amounts less than $1,000 US. Temporary licenses are issued when a purchase order is received. The full license file is issued via email upon receipt of payment. Standard terms are Net 30 days.
