F-Response has been a niche player in the cyber forensics industry since 2008 and, almost twenty-years later, it's still relevant.

We opened the firm after running into problems with the licensing (and pricing) of the original Encase Enterprise in our prior careers. We created F-Response to offer up a simple, straight-forward, and easy to use solution to what we felt was a very vexing problem: How do you collect forensic data from remote systems over the network?

We believe very strongly in focusing in one area, remote cyber forensics. We are not an EDR platform or a cloud service. We don't have an AI solution and we don't offer an analytical platform (but we're happy to resell you one of the best in the business, X-Ways Forensic). We are a secure desktop application that upholds our original mission, “Get you to the data, and get the hell out of the way”.

And F-Response is more than that. It's more than just writing, testing, delivering, and supporting a rewarding software. It's also about making connections with our customers, understanding their challenges, and jumping in to help get things done whenever we can.

Did you know, if you call the main number, you get an actual person? (9am-5pm EDT) It’s true. We also have a Support and Sales chat on our website that is... you guessed it... also staffed by people.

We do this because we care about our customers and want to continue to build and grow our relationships within our cyber forensic community. F-Response has customers going back over a decade and we could not possibly be more proud of this fact. We've watched so many people grow through their careers, from starting on the front lines, to moving into management, and in some cases, opening their own firms.

Personally, I've had the distinct privilege to meet and get to know some truly amazing people, to speak at ground-breaking events to share our vision for F-Response, and hear how things have both worked, and not worked, for your unique situations.

Simply put, in our present world it's hard to tell who you are talking to half the time. Is this a bot? Is the person I'm working with now going to still be here in 6 days? 6 months? or even 6 years? Do they even care?

It's very important to me to say, YES, we do care. We offer affordable products in an unstable economy and we answer the phone when you call. We've walked a mile in your shoes and are doing everything we can to make your steps just a tiny bit easier.

I promise we'll give you the full tour and, if we're the right fit, get you moving forward. If we're not, to the extent possible, we'll give you our best suggestions as to who might be.
